Outside of being a palindrome, CPSPC stands for a preparation camp for Czech, Polish and Slovak contestants, serving as a training before the International Olympiad in Informatics and similar contests. It would probably deserve much better web pages than these, but now you can find here at least the archive of some tasks from the past camps.
